蜀科低速冷凍離心機系列,主要是應用于生化制品、科技研究、食品安全、醫藥衛生、血站、醫藥科技教育和生產部門分子生化、環衛等行業,現把多年來在低速冷凍離心機設備維修(xiu)中遇(yu)到的問題現象(xiang)和維修(xiu)方法(fa)進行總結(jie)。
1.問題一
1.1問題現象
離心機不轉,轉速達(da)不到(dao)設(she)定值。
1.2分析與(yu)修理(li)
低速冷凍離心機不轉(zhuan)和轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)達不到(dao)設(she)定值的要(yao)(yao)(yao)素(su)有以下3種情況:(1)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路有些(xie)缺(que)點(dian)。要(yao)(yao)(yao),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線、插(cha)座、插(cha)頭(tou)、變阻器(qi)(WH118,3.3 kΩ,2 W)、繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(HH52P,HH53P)等易壞部(bu)件(jian)進(jin)行(xing)修理。然后,檢查(cha)(cha)開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)今后電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路、空(kong)氣開關、整流器(qi)、濾(lv)波器(qi)、變壓器(qi)(OUT18V,3 A),直(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)有些(xie)。(2)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)自身(shen)缺(que)點(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)離心(xin)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的要(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)件(jian)之一(yi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)分(fen)為帶(dai)碳(tan)刷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和無(wu)碳(tan)刷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。該離心(xin)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)帶(dai)碳(tan)刷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),現在大多數電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)都是(shi)無(wu)碳(tan)刷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)達不到(dao)設(she)定轉(zhuan)速(su)(su),要(yao)(yao)(yao)檢查(cha)(cha)軸承(cheng),需(xu)更(geng)換(huan)時就更(geng)換(huan),需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)維護時(比如(ru)加注潤滑油和清潔時)就維護。然后,檢查(cha)(cha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)整流子(zi)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)刷是(shi)不是(shi)匹配(pei)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)刷磨損是(shi)不是(shi)兇(xiong)猛(meng)、是(shi)不是(shi)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)更(geng)換(huan)等。(3)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)控(kong)制(zhi)有些(xie)缺(que)點(dian)。轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)有一(yi)個(ge)集成(cheng)芯片(CW7815C III9501)能保證離心(xin)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)安全(quan)準確的工作,假如(ru)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)缺(que)點(dian)打掃以上要(yao)(yao)(yao)素(su),可更(geng)換(huan)芯片或(huo)許控(kong)制(zhi)面板。
2.問題二
2.1問題現象(xiang)
離心機溫度控制(zhi)失靈,雖能制(zhi)冷但是不能設定溫度。
2.2分析(xi)與修理
離心(xin)(xin)機溫度(du)失靈的(de)要(yao)素要(yao)有2個(ge):(1)溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)面板缺點(dian)(dian);(2)傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)缺點(dian)(dian)。溫度(du)是冷凍(dong)離心(xin)(xin)機一個(ge)主要(yao)的(de)參數,因為有些樣品(比如(ru)細胞、蛋(dan)白質(zhi)等)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)溫環境下會被損壞(huai),離心(xin)(xin)機在(zai)(zai)高(gao)速工作下就會發作能量,所以有必(bi)要(yao)運用制(zhi)(zhi)冷系統對離心(xin)(xin)樣品進行降溫,使(shi)其離心(xin)(xin)環境保持在(zai)(zai)必(bi)定的(de)規劃以內(nei)(比如(ru)1~10℃)。打開機箱(xiang)蓋,檢查(cha)溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)面板電(dian)壓,12 V和6 V電(dian)壓正常(chang)(chang)。懷疑溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)芯片(ICL7107CPL L9646)反(fan)常(chang)(chang),剛好有一個(ge)從報(bao)廢(fei)舊機器(qi)(qi)拆下的(de)溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)芯片(ICL7107CPL 58840),更換(huan)后離心(xin)(xin)機缺點(dian)(dian)打掃(sao),機器(qi)(qi)恢復正常(chang)(chang)。若傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)缺點(dian)(dian)致使(shi)溫度(du)丈量不準確,差錯數據致使(shi)隨意開關制(zhi)(zhi)冷系統,則有必(bi)要(yao)更換(huan)包裹在(zai)(zai)離心(xin)(xin)機機體外(wai)圍內(nei)的(de)傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)。
3.問題(ti)三
3.1問(wen)題(ti)現象
離心機(ji)溫度設置正常但是不(bu)能制冷。
3.2分析與修理(li)
分析能正常設定溫度但(dan)是不制冷(leng)要素有2種情況:(1)打掃溫度控制面板缺(que)點,懷疑制冷(leng)系統缺(que)點,因(yin)為運用人員反映該離(li)心機(ji)近來幾天制冷(leng)效(xiao)果差,檢查后發(fa)現空氣(qi)壓縮機(ji)內的(de)氟利(li)昂太少致使(shi)降溫效(xiao)果欠好。給(gei)壓縮機(ji)加注氟利(li)昂,缺(que)點打掃。(2)傳(chuan)感器缺(que)點,缺(que)點二已經敘說,不再贅言。
